Competition bound?

Well, besides my Mom's birthday, I have other good news today. Ray suggested I enter my latest brews (Alt, Nut Brown) in competition.

Never even occurred to me really. There are a few competitions that our club plans to participate in, but I haven't seriously considered it. But Ray has been brewing for a long time, and if he thinks it is worthwhile, I might just give it a try. More on that as I have it.

While I was in Bethlehem, I picked up a Saison (it's got orange peel!), so it might be time to give that a try while we still have some summer left. Had a great Zomerbier in Bethlehem that inspired me.
